Grass Guys Landscaping and Waterfalls

I wish I could give negative stars, and I wish I had followed my gut after reading the first review on here. I'm the type of person that can read 500 5 star reviews and then read one bad one and be done, but for some reason I didn't do that this time when there was only one review and it was bad. Our experience was very much like the first reviewer. The owner, when he is even on the project (which isn't often) walks around looking at his cell phone, and if you do point anything out to him he says, "yes, yes, yes" like he is going to do something, but doesn't. He completely changed the plan and material of the waterfall we had discussed and then said that WE changed it. Bottom line, we have a job that is incomplete, and a waterfall that is going to have to be rebuilt to function properly. What was supposed to take three days took five, and still isn't complete. This guy is just out to make a quick buck, he has no pride in the project he is putting out. Even the guys who work for him will tell you. STAY AWAY! This guy is a clown. We are taking him to court.

Living in the NE Heights of ABQ NM, my experience was deplorable. The project was over-budget and went over projected time promised. Some days there was only one person, other days the owner just sat around doing absolutely nothing & in the end, the project was never even completed. I would never recommend this company, very sketchy & untrustworthy.
