The quality of the painting was very good but I am only giving Miles 3 stars because they never came back, as promised, to complete work. It was agreed that they would caulk the shower and clean the window frames of paint. On the day the main painting was completed Miles asked for payment in full, promising to come back at 9:00 a.m. on Monday to do the rest of the work. In spite of numerous texts and promises they have never returned. Miles claims that customer satisfaction is his goal but I am disappointed and he did not keep his word.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY/PERSON. Miles did not do a professional job. I wish I could add photos so you could see the work he left. We have runs, bubbling, and unpainted areas. We were given the lip service but no work to back it up. We were told he would be back and he never came back to finish the job. We got lots of excuses is all.
