Straight Paths Landscaping completed our complete yard remodel. They laid sod to the whole yard, built retaining walls and berms where needed, removed unwanted trees and shrubs, added new shrub beds to the front property, added new plants in the back yard, added our irrigation system, and built our back yard patio. The work was extensive and completed to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to do your complete landscaping needs.

My request for landscaping was initially for drainage problems and how to solve the problems. The front yard looks awful. I had grass where the trees were before cutting down. They threw out grass seed, now just weeds. The patio is sinking and holding water. After discussing this, it never was resolved. They over planted in the front yard which meant more charge. The old shrubs were pulled up and I had discussed that I did not want a whole lot of planting that would mean more to maintain. The lawn people never cut back what was starting to grow out. The reason for continuing with the lawn maintainance was to keep it up. The owner said the yard would look immaculate after they finished. No it does not!!! I was accused of not paying a maintenance bill. I sent it electronically and was delivered. It had not been cashed so the bank could not make a copy but would stop the payment. The owner wanted the money and I told him the money would have to get back in my bank account before I could pay. I was stormed at by the owner on the phone that he paid his bills. Also, demeaned my character. He checked on me from others to see if I was credible. The customer is always right, especially after paying 40,000 for landscaping. I would be doing everything to make it right. He never has returned to see the problems. Referring back to the maintainence, there was never an invoice sent for an amount. Tractors and equipment were left in my yard for weeks. It rained a lot and when there was a break, I would have to call and ask them why they were not coming. My yard was a mud pigsty with equipment. Several days would not have mattered but weeks make a difference. Also, the owner accused me of being rude to the workers. I went and bought them all two skin's hotdog with drink and dessert. I always tried to be nice. Straight Path has a lot of glitches and definitely would not consider any landscaping. Now almost a year after, the 1,000.00 tree is dying. The drain pipe is starting to show David has never come to check up on his work and how it is holding up. I will be posting pictures. He has not shown accountability for his work.
