We use high quality caulking with a lifetime and 45-year warranty on all interiors and exteriors. On exteriors we prime all raw wood areas with PrimeRx Peel Bonding Primer. We have over 10 years of painting experience. We do not get over spray on footings, windows, concrete walkways, roofing, or other areas not to be painted. On exteriors, we back roll paint after application (where necessary). We re-nail all loose siding at no charge. We can replace damaged trim or siding at a fraction of what it would cost.
