Arvola Homes, Inc. was founded by Chad and his wife Katie Arvola in 2002. Chad's brother Ryan joined the company a few years later. Arvola Homes started out as a single family home builder, building over80 homes in the Northwest Twin Cities Metro areas. Energy efficiency has always been a priority in the construction of the homes they build and that is one of the reasons they became an Authorized Dealer of Energy Panel Structures (EPS) in 2008.
