Dan came at the time he said he'd be there. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was always keeping me informed on what he was doing as he was working. He was pleasant and easy to work with. The price for fixing a broken capacitor was excellent. My dad told me to hang on to his number when I told him the speed and cost.
