I have been using DKM for a couple of years. They always did a good job for me. Then I sent a message to Melissa as I always do via text because she doesn't answer the phone. I told her that I was going to rent out my parents house and that I wanted the guys to swap out and install the appliances. My parents have stainless steal appliances and I had black. So, they brought all the appliances here to my house from my parents and my friend helped them to set up all the appliances here at my place. Then they were to take the black appliances over to my parents house (rental home) and set up the black appliances. Simple huh...? Well Melissa texted me and said that the work was done and she billed me on cash app and I paid. The next morning I get calls at work saying what happened at the rental house from the agent and she was there with the new rentals. The house was dirty and the appliances were NOT installed. DKM left the appliances in the garage!! I then asked why they did it and Melissa apologized and said that the worker would contact me. Kevin message me and asked what the issue was and I told him. Then he said that Melissa never told them to set up the appliances. So I kept sending messages asking when this was going to be fixed and Melissa never responded back. I also requested half the money back since they only did half of the job and she cancelled the request. Now why would you treat a long term customer like this? I always paid, tipped and referred them to others. So not only did they screw me over but I had to come up with additional money to have someone come and set up the appliances and re-clean the house that they messed up taking the appliances out. I am a single mom and they are doing all this. It is just stressful and unprofessional.
