I have a 1965 single wide with a large add-on. On my own land, not in a park. At minimum I need to have a honest opinion on what needs to be done. It's almost flat with a rolled on. On the add-on it has a dip in the middle, but not sure how strong the walls are. The main roof I replaced after heavy leakage about 10 years ago, I knew only enough to make it adequate. I am not interested in financing unless its zero interest (don't laugh) Because I may have enough saved depending on the total cost.

John: Thank you for contacting Porch. The condition you describe sounds like you need a roofer to look at the low slope portion of the roof. Possibly you'd need a carpenter to check the framing and the sag. It's hard to tell without seeing the job. Best is to contact a local pro to have a look. Rick: Thank you for contacting Porch. If a covered porch an indoor or outdoor fan should work, and you should feel a breeze from the fan. You indicate you've tried reversing the fan and that made no difference. The blades could be misaligned, so we recommend checking the instructions and making sure the blades are installed per the instructions. If not the blades the other issue could be a voltage issue at the power source. If you have a multi-meter, you might check and be sure there is 120 Volts at the power source. The fan manufacturer might have some trouble shooting information on its website. If all else fails, you can have an electrician check the installation. Andrea: Cost depends upon the amount of work needed, sometimes the jack pads or piers need adjustment, other times leveling is simple adding or adjustment of shims. Best is to get a manufactured home expert out to view your unique needs. Porch does not have manufactured home specialists to refer, so I did a quick Internet search "Las Vegas manufactured home leveling" and found this company in your area had the best reviews. We do suggest you obtain multiple estimates from several local companies. https://www.richardsmhs.com/ ... Read more

James: Thank you for contacting Porch. This sounds like you have a lift station, and the high liquid alarm is sounding. This indicates a problem with the pump(s) or switch or another component. Tiffany: Thank you for contacting Porch. When installing vinyl on concrete it is a good idea to use a bonding primer first. A professional vinyl floor installer would generally use a weighted roller at seams. You might try placing something heavy on the offending areas for 24 hours and see if that helps. If not, it may be time to contact a professional flooring contractor.
