Kris: Thank you for contacting Porch. Most likely there is already a regulator in the range - but you would need to review the installation directions to be sure. Best would be to have a licensed professional determine the gas pressure needed and if the pipe to the furnace is large enough to supply both appliances concurrently. Clogs are usually caused by a defect in the drainpipe, such as a poorly sloped area (called a belly) and or rough interior in older pipes. If the drain chronically clogs most likely it needs to be replaced, or at least jetting to clear away nodules that might catch debris. Best is to have a plumber take a look and make a recommendation. Sani: Thank you for contacting Porch. There are a lot of variables when it comes to windows. Is this new construction or retrofit? Are the frames square? Generally, there might be a half inch total play around the frame as shims are generally cedar shingles or plastic. Are the windows installed and air leaks around the perimeter, and or do the windows move or not operate properly? ... Read more

Homer City: thank you for contacting Porch. Possibly the water inlet valve is leaking, and or the ice door is not fully sealing allowing warm air inside which melts the ice, and it refreezes. Be sure the water filter is new and not clogged. Best action would be to contact Whirlpool with the model number of the unit and see what they say. The technical help site is here: https://producthelp.whirlpool.com/Connected_Appliances/Mobile_App_Features/Refrigerator/Service_and_Support_-_Refrigerator If that is not successful you can locate a local pro here: https://porch.com/near-me/appliance-repair ... Donald: Thank you for contacting Porch. More information is needed to answer your question. We need to know the amperage draw on the label of each AC unit, then the amperage rating of the breaker for the circuit you expect to connect to. Keep in mind initial inrush amperage will be higher so don't turn both on at the same time. You might consider plugging into separate circuits to help avoid tripping a breaker. Since a breaker can be easily reset you might just try it and see if it works, if the breaker trips you know there is an issue and simply reset the breaker. ... Read more
