FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM RENOVATION DUE TO SUPERSTORM SANDY | Sep 2014 | This project was a complete water damage restoration. The space was not in livable condition. The room was demolished down to the studs and then completely rebuilt, including the installation of a new window, enhanced lighting, sheet rock, wainscoting, tile flooring, and fixtures. | Atlantic City, NJ | ||
OUTDOOR TIKI BAR | Aug 2013 | We worked closely with the homeowner to design and build this custom, wrap-around poolside bar. The existing decking was extended in both directions, to include a lounge deck. The bar, located at the edge of the in-ground swimming pool, offers counter space and seating for up to ten people. The entire structure features low-maintenance composite construction and open lattice, and is anchored 4 feet into the ground with hurricane ties. The roof was shingled and then covered with palm thatching. | Galloway, NJ |
