The hot tub I ended up with was very good. However, the owner is a pedophile, so I am deducting two stars. Quality hot tubs, just make sure your children are not near the owner.

We bought a hot tub from them. They were very knowledgeable about their product and great to work with. It was delivered on time and they took away the old one. They also went through how everything works. Very happy with purchase.

Just awful. Purchased 2 hot tubs from them. First one was delivered weeks late, and took months for them to return to finish setting it up. It was supposed to be there and setup that week. The salesman gave us a better deal on it in exchange for using his buddy, the electrician to wire it. We payed for it all, and the electrician was supposed return in the spring to burry the cable when the ground thawed. He never returned. I contacted him, and he said, "no." We payed for it already. I threatened to sue him, he said good luck without a receipt. I went to his buddy, the hot tub salesman, and realized that i'd been had. The cost of the court expenses would have been more than hiring a new guy to finish it. We were given a very good on the second hot tub as an appology, and assured that the previous salesman had been fired, due to countless experiences similar to mine. The second one was delivered on time, and setup promptly. The valves were very stiff, and I didn't want to force the and break something. I called, and they said to turn them harder. I didn't, I went to the store and again asked for a tech to look at it. I was told to go home and just turn them. So I did, and it broke. The third time I asked, a tech cameout, turned another valve, and broke it. After looking at our monthly financing statement, they charged us for BOTH valves, including the one that their tech broke. (these should have been warranty items anyways.) I told them that the water didn't feel nearly as warm as our old one when set at 104 degrees. I was told that different tubs may feel different. So, nearing the end of the warranty period, I put a digital thermometer in the water, which said 100 degrees, when the tub display said it was 104 (thats a significant difference in a hot tub.) I went to the store, and spoke with the owner who brought a tech into the conversation. They pondered it and said they'd be out within 2 weeks to look at it (I live 10 minutes from the store.) It's now been over a month, and I haven't heard from them. I resulted to calling the factory, who was very helpful and concerned. The person I spoke with mailed me the parts and gave me instructions on how to repair it myself. There's two other hot tub stores in this little town....
