Was charged $300 for a them to fix something that I was never told about and never approved. The lady on the phone stated I can complain all I want and that I was home at the time they repaired, even though I stated I never was told a price or even that something was wrong. What is even more crazy is they had notes from their technician that he broke the piece and since it was "winter," just have them fix it on them once spring arrived. How is this even allowed to happen legally? They break the part and then charge me to fix it without even telling me any of it? Be very careful using this company.
