If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a 757 sf condo sight unseen, and was relying on their inspection heavily....they missed....two of the three windows do not close properly or lock at all, shower head leaks when used, kitchen faucet leaks when used, slow drain tubs, very low water pressure in master sink, short in electrical outlet that sparks and shorts out when you try to use it, among other things....I mean how hard is it to inspect a tiny condo..I sent an email with a long list of what was missed, they didn't even have the courtesy of a response.....I would NEVER recommend them...I don't understand how they can even still be in business!

Wish I would have read reviews before I chose this company. Don’t waste your money. Spent $500 for an inspection now I’m out $40,000 because they couldn’t tell that the roof was out of code and installed incorrectly. Their disclaimer says they don’t inspect items to code or look at items that are out of reach. For $500, I would have expected to have a thourough report. Disclaimer comes after you pay by the way. Know exactly what you are paying for.

The inspection report was lacking in many areas and the owner was very disrespectful.

Had our condo inspected before closing, Now we need to hire another one. He missed that the a/c unit was installed backwards, electrical switches don't work, and the ice maker was broke and the water line was epoxied closed. Can't wait to see what a real inspector says about the place.
