Recently had two sump pumps installed by Chris and although they are working and giving us the results we want, one is located under the house and very noisy during the night. Chris said he could put a sound deadening box over it, but fails to return my calls about getting it done. It took using another phone with different number to get him to return a call during the initial process. Be wary of this.

We hired Chris to repair / replace our irrigation system in the Spring of 2017. After work was complete and we paid in full, it was discovered that one of the zones was not completed. We notified Chris and he was to come out and complete that zone. After numerous calls and no shows, we finally learned that he had some health issues that caused him not to respond. I can understand that. Now I see new reviews indicating Chris is back to work, but he will still not return to our home and complete the project we had paid him for. Nice guy, but very disappointed that he took full payment for a project he did not complete.

Knowledgeable. Easy and fun to work with. Does more than just irrigation. Will definitely use in the future
