The reason for this was her inducer motor, and collector box were rusted out. Seeing as how those were rusted out, we used our "snake" inspection camera to look at her heat exchanger. We found a very long crack in her heat exchanger! This was a huge safety concern! We don't push our customers to replace their units unless we feel it is the only option left, so we told this customer that we could repair her system for half the cost of a new system.
