I work hard and diligently, I am committed to keep my fees low and reasonable, fair, and very competitive, All the while, I incorporate modern technology and techniques as I design your home. I only use Autodesk software, Autocad2017, the industry standard in state of the art CAD Drafting and Revit2017 modeling and BIM software. I will develop complete and comprehensive, accurate construction documents keeping the available base price range reasonable at an affordable cost. I will also save you money by identifying design issues and possible problem areas as they arise, and correcting them immediately. Avoiding wasted time and expensive material mistakes before the construction process begins. I will carefully listen to everything you convey to me and will honor your creative input.once I have a good understanding of your needs, things start happening fast to the design of your home. Occasionally, I may offer up suggestions for you to consider. My acquired wisdom and experience has evolved from early exposure to my father’s remodeling and renovation business. I have many ideas I could share with you to use.
