Very bad experience I was charged triple the going rate And they had to come out a second time

I've never seen a plumber work so hard in my life. Anyone giving one star reviews is ignorant to the fact that plumbers are professionals and need to be paid appropriately. Especially because they're dealing with your LITERAL sh*t.

What a terrible experience!! NEVER PAY IN FULL BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE THEIR SERVICE!! Paid in full and took them 3 months to come out and finish the work they started. And that was after multiple complaints. After complaining for 3 months Joe finally called back only to yell at us for work he should not complete. He eventually came out but only to threaten to sue us because we wrote a bad review. HAHAHA. Would NEVER recommend.

Beware! Flagrantly scammed an elderly family member of mine. Not getting hot water to one specific faucet, he charged her $85 bucks for a service call only to tell her it was an issue with her boiler!!! Bad actor.
