Had used David in the past and was happy with his work and his billing. But he more than doubled his labor rate without telling me before doing a much larger job. I cannot recommend David as a trustworthy contractor

I wish there was a negative option. Mr. Cook was subcontracted by another company to do some drywall and ceiling addition for me. His work is sloppy and nasty and had to be re-done by another contractor. Email me for pictures and specifics. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
