We talked about the next project, he agreed to come by but never showed up. I have called him 20 times over the last 20 days and he refuses to return my calls or communicate in any way. I have been over the top nice and flexible knowing that he is busy. Still no response. I have talked with other people that had the same experience with Chuck Mays. Good work when he wants to do it. My husband found Charles Mayes on porch.com and we will never need another plumber. Mr Mayes was very kind and professional. He and his helper removed our old water heater tank and replaced it with an an upgrade to a tankless water heater. Mr Mayes was very knowledgeable and skilled with his craft. He cleaned up when he was done. His prices are very reasonable. He will be returning to help us change out some faucets in the bathroom tubs. I can't say enough kind words about mayes plumbing. I'm glad to find someone we can trust and count on
