Charlestowne Workshop

Wish I could share in the lovely experience that the rest of these folks have had but unfortunately most of what I had was a lot of unresponsiveness. I was even told he would do the project on one of two days proposed and when I emailed him back with the specific day, out of the two he proposed, I never got a response. Even to this day he has yet to respond to me even after I messaged him about the lack of communication. The least he could have done would have been to message me back to let me know he wasn't going to be able to do the job. Thank you Mr. Kevin Krug for being so unresponsive as you probably saved me a lot of heartache if the quality of work is on par with you lack of communication. Would give 0 stars if I could.
