AAA Fence Co of Charleston

I am disappointed with AAA. They did a substandard job on my fence - they admitted that they did. I was told that because they didn't do the job right the first time, they would come out and repair the job if I bought the wood and paid their laborers. Meaning, no profit. However, the bid was $1200 plus wood and screws and such. At $20 an hour - a fair price for a fence laborer, right? - that would be 60 hours. NO WAY would this take 60 hours. So something weird is going on with that offer. I asked them to change it to an hourly rate so that I could make sure I was getting a fair deal, but no. They refuse to give me an hourly bid for the job. They also want to send out their supervisor and operations manager to do the job because they are busy this time of year. Um... So yah I have a problem. The fence is leaning and it is because support members are missing. Pretty unprofessional.
