The Mills Company recently handled some repair work needed for settlement, and I could not be happier with how things were handled. Vince and his crew were very professional. The home inspector that looked over the repairs told me twice that the work performed was done exceptionally well . I highly recommend the Mills Company!

Hire this company you will not be disappointed. I rarely write reviews but this is a review that had to be written. About 2 months ago I signed up with Porch.com through the recommendation of Lowes, I was in need of a contractor to do several repairs to my house . In the past my husband and I had used fly by night people who were unlicensed and also uninsured to do work in our house, we thought it was a way of saving money but has we later found out it only cost us more money . Well once I signed up with Porch.com and put in what we needed to have done in the house, replace the 20 year old vinyl in our upstairs bathroom, repair the loose joist in that bathroom that made the floor squeak and unstable ,repair a water leak in that same bathroom that messed up the drywall in the downstairs bathroom, replace the sheetrock in the upstairs and down stairs bathroom that was messed up from the leak. replace a vanity in the upstairs bathroom, we were contacted by several contractors but there was something about the owner of this company ,Vince Mills that clicked with both my husband and me. He was never pushy, emailed references within a day, he was licensed and bonded ( I looked up his license and bonding certificate) and his price was within our budget. Omg . the work that was done by his company was EXCELLENT . He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Horatio and the other workers were always on time, cleaned up as they went and handled themselves with professionalism. The work that is done by this company is Superb. My husband who is a very hard person to please looked at me once the work was done and said " this was money well spent." This is a long review but had to be written. Hire them they will not disappoint. And for that big name contractor, whose name I will not mention, Vince Mills made you out liar when you said I would never find a reputable contractor for the time frame and budget that I had.
