We provide detailed inspections for home buyers and sellers. We also conduct mold inspections as needed for our clients. We perform commercial property inspections for buildings under two stories tall, and for multi-family residential buildings with or fewer units. Our digital reports contain photos of the found defects and major system components, as well as a checklist of typical materials found on the property. We also provide a detailed narrative description of the major defects and recommend/suggest certain directions for correcting them. We try to submit our reports within 12 hours of the inspection. For as long as you own the property, we remain available to you as a consultant should you have any confusions with contractors over repair/upgrade projects.
