Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Breon accepted a job that he did not understand. He created a bigger mess that is going to cost more money which was completely unnecessary. And then when he was confronted about the situation he decided to say that we needed to pay him for to fix it when the issue was his fault . Completely unfair he didn't want to take responsibility for his own mistake. He left broken glass everywhere in the yard being that we had dogs didn't pick up after himself. The whole experience was just awful. I give him 0 stars.
