Underhome Armor

They busted many holes , some quite large, in backer board, while removing porcelain tile. They then laid 5 boxes of the vinyl plank flooring, that I purchased, over the backer board with the holes and mastic still adhered to the backer board. They cracked a couple tiles by stepping on them(because of holes under the backer board). Sub floor work all uneven/unlevel. They were in a big hurry so they could not do anything correctly. Owner rude and arrogant. Owner rude and arogant.

Would not recommend. Workers were very courteous but owner is very rude. I am a professional as well and if anyone ever talked to my clients the way he talked to me I would be appalled. Every time I called to find out when the service could be preformed I was told someone would call back in 10 mins hours later I had to call again. Could not locate my contract very unorganized office staff.
