We used Jose and team for a very simple shower door install in a flip house. The shower doors were 76H x 42W. The team showed up late the first day with no tools and from that point I should have realized this was going to go poorly. I spent some time initially watching them worrying that they had no idea how to install shower doors and i was right. They didn’t level anything and it shows. Once they realized they didn’t have what they needed they had to come back the next day. In total it took the 2 man crew 3 tries to Install the shower doors and it was still wrong. The doors remain not level and have a 1inch difference in height. The crew tried to fix it twice but failed. I contacted Jose the owner looking for some assistance and that also turned into no help. I went back and forth with Jose for close to two weeks to try and get my doors fixed. Each time he had to come by he either didn’t respond or it was an excuse. I was tired of being lied to and being given the run around. When Jose finally reached out he offered to give me back partial payment. I tried explaining that it has nothing to do with the money it’s the fact that I asked for a job to be completed and he should have completed it properly. With the partial payment back it’s not going to cover anywhere near the costs to fix how bad of a job they did and get a real professional in to fix the issues. Jose offered to come and fix it but the last thing I want is to have them mess it up more than it already is and cost me more money. The saying stands correct “you get what you pay for”. I flip homes year round and deal with all types of sub-contractors. There are a handful that I regret ever dealing with and this company falls into that bucket. I will never and you should never use this company for anything. If you do make sure you inspect every aspect of the work before you pay a dime. Otherwise you’ll get screwed like the rest.

We hired this clown and it was the worst decision we made. Most unprofessional and has no manners. Owes me money and still has materials. Real bad workmanship. Just to be clear, this guy's name is Jose and the name of his company is SNJ Home Improvement.

We hired Jose to do a our shower enclosure in January. He comes off to be a friendly and accommodating guy. He asks for a deposit up front. Which we gave. He started 2 weeks later as he was busy with another job. Two weeks later he starts the job by prepping the bathroom, which was a one day job. Then he states that he has to order the glass and it should take 5-7 days. Two weeks passes by and I call him and he says "let me call them". I then think that why hasn't he called me up to tell me that there is a delay or it's not ready. Why do I have to call him?. Then another week passes and again I reach out to him and he says that it's on back order. Again I say to my self why isn't he informing me? Again 2 weeks later I reach out and he says it will be ready in 3 days. After 5 days I call him and then he says need 3 more days for it to get tempered. Again I say to myself why isn't he Informing me? So 5 days later I ask him what is the status, he tells me that he picked up the glass and his guys in the shop broke the glass. Now I am frustrated and ask him "now what?" He says " that he will have to order the glass again". I tell him don't bother and to return my money. He tells me " let me try to expedite it" I said "ok". We are now in June and don't have my money nor my glass. I had no choice to fire him. He has my money and refusing to return it to me. He has the nerve to tell me that I made him lose money and time. This guy is not dependable and only out for himself. He is a third rate contractor with no experience in handling glass. He states he is in the glass business and has machines but his guys are not experienced in handling glass and end up breaking the glass that took months to get. Don't trust him as he will take your money and leave you hi and dry. Also most of his reviews are fake and put up by his friends and family.

Jose and his crew are Very pleased. They're friendly, inexpensive and able to accommodate my needs. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, quick and friendly. The place is clean, wet lit, and offer a variety of glass size, type, color and availability instead of having to wait weeks like most places I've visited in the past. Absolutely great experience..
