I signed a contract for a two coat paint job. One coat was to be rolled and then it was to be brushed. To put it simply they did not do what they promised. They first sprayed and then did not do much else. When the owner came out he said they would take care of it. That consisted of them coming back for less than an hour and putting on some more paint. The house looks pretty good BUT I did not get the two coats I contracted for and worry about it lasting.
