Joe's Concrete

We had our driveway replaced by Joe's concrete in March 2015. Just a few months later there were cracks and we called him because we were concerned and knew it was within the warranty period. It took him several months to come back out and look at the cracks and then 6 more months for Joe to "fix the cracks" Fast forward to May 30, 2017 and Joe has said, "I want to make it right", yet did not show up last Friday to replace two sections and has not returned our phone calls and we have been dealing with this since March 2015 and over $5,000 later. I would be happy to load pictures but I don't have the option on this site.
