Owner and operator, Dave Berlier, has been in the pool industry since 2001. In 2014, he and his wife started Aqua Care Pool Service and Repair in Pittsburg, California. Now on the East Coast, Dave and Christine are ready to dip their toes in and take Columbia from green to CLEAN!
