  | Simple 12x16 deck | May 2015 | A wonderful family requested a quote on a simply built 12x16 deck. Something they could use to spend time together as a family grilling out or watching there kids play in the yard. The house was out of square due to an addition on the back of the house, but we were able to overcome this issue and build a simply built, but nice deck. All treated lumber purchased from Lowes by the homeowner, who was also a member of the military, and saved 10% on their materials thanks to Lowes appreciation to those that serve our country. We finished this deck in about 14 hours with only 2 people on the project. Just in time for them to celebrate the memorial day weekend!!! | $2k | Elgin, SC |
