I DO NOT recommend this company. Hopefully this will help someone else if you are looking to replace windows. I am not in Greenville, the company has an office in Columbia as well! They replaced our windows over 6 weeks ago and the installer told us to wait 2 days before hanging back up our blinds. When we went to put up our blinds the windows were recessed in too deep and there is no way to hang our blinds. We were never explained or told we could not hang blinds. We have contacted the company several times and spoke to Jon Burr and he told me there is nothing they can do and they installed a functioning window. He has never been to my house or looked at my windows. Needless to say I have left a message for the owners of the company Mark and Karla Nichols and are waiting on a response. I find it very hard to believe that everyone that gets replacement windows will not be able to have blinds and if that is the case this info should have been presented well before we agreed to the new windows. The windows are recessed too deep and are not even placed where the original windows were placed. We just want this problem fixed in the mean time avoid this company at all cost!
