About a year ago we were having issues with our air handler. It was an older model and Blackburn suggested it get replaced. We had it replaced for what we thought was a good deal with a company warranty for the thermostat and the air handler. It has now been a bit over a year with the new system (new air handler, new thermostat) all with a multi-year warranty through Blackburn and we have had more problems with the new unit than we ever did with the old unit. And every single time they come out to “fix” something every couple months it is another service charge and part charge. On a new unit. That they installed. Dont use them.

Gene is very prompt and courteous. He agreed to come all the way out to Georgetown when I called him at 5 pm on a Friday. He is the utmost professional and very competent.

Have only been doing business with Gene for the past few months. The business relationship has evolved where it seems we have been doing business for years. Gene has helped us many times where immediate attention was a must. He has been on our job site after 5 on a Friday and has even installed units on Saturday. I highly recommend him. His staff is multi talented and they can solve a wide variety of problems.
