Coloring is a home remodeling company grown from a love to restore and reinvent homes for homeowners. It started with an abandoned, 90 yr. old Victorian house destined for destruction I was determined to save, becoming my first home. Within a year the business was born through years of bartering skills, working as free labor for tradesmen, community helping hands for residents' homes in need of help they could not afford and many hours in the local libraries; the internet did not exist. Coloring took me to the sets of "Forrest Gump" hanging wallpaper and using my painting and finishing skills to create the sets for America's classic movie. From "Gump" to one of the first female project managers and finisher for 2 custom home builders. Coloring has 30 years experience in South Carolina; the last 18 years in Horry County. Coloring offers an arrange of services for the homeowner from that room you no longer like due to color, style, design, flooring, furniture and make into a space you will love again. Selling your home or thinking about it? Coloring can evaluate your home and do all those projects that keep most homes from earning their true value and taking too long to sell in a challenging home market. Coloring can pack up the extra clutter, organize those closets and cabinets, clean the windows, refresh the paint, total home cleaning, stage the rooms then make the best of your curb appeal to bring the right buyer to your home. The unique business and learning experiences of Coloring from small homes to mansions to movie sets to yachts allows me the ability to be a whole home service business.

Managed to redesign my wooden paneled game room into a beach retreat without having to drywall the area. Never thought a room could be transformed so amazingly without major construction. Very affordable and amazing quality.

Horizon East Bar front | Mar 2016 | Vacation Condo rental owners needed a bar front that did not show foot prints from guests sitting at bar to eat. I used reclaimed pallet wood, color stained the pieces to match the color pallet of the unit to create a one of a kind finish for the bar. | $550 | Murrells Inlet, SC
Television Chest | Mar 2016 | Homeowner had a "good bones" chest drawers with an old stained finish. She wanted a new but a custom finish to blend with the existing antiques in the home. I applied an old chalk paint with a hand rubbed wax finish like was used hundred years ago. The chest was distressed to give it the unique look we were looking for. It has become the favorite piece of furniture in the room. | $325 | Myrtle Beach, SC
A's Room | Nov 2015 | Transforming a red bedroom painted by a 12 yr old boy to a teenager's dream room. Includes custom design from furniture (bought and refinished) to custom clock, dragon art, and additional wall art designed and painted by me on reclaimed pallet wood. The room had to have red, and teen's interests are knights Templar, dragons and wizards. The room was a total success. | $2k | Charleroi, PA
Surfside Beach house | Jul 2015 | This is a annual rental home with 4 br, 3 baths, kitchen, living, dining, laundry, utility, stairwell, 2 halls, and all closets were custom painted. The problem with the home were the colors the long term renters chose to paint the interior of the home. Light gray were used in the smaller rooms with a shade darker gray in the larger ones with white trim. The home was rented the day it was finished. The project took 8 days. | $5k | Surfside, SC
Savannah Shores | Jul 2015 | 2 br, 1 bath, kitchen/dining, living room and laundry room removed all popcorn ceilings to start. Custom paint finish on each room and trim. Removed all carpet and replaced with wood flooring. The major problems were ceilings, loud paint colors and the fireplace focal point in the living room. To make the fireplace a true focal point I used reclaimed pallet wood, custom color stain to match colors in condo applying wood on fireplace carrying the look to the ceiling. The remodel allowed client to receive additional $300 month in rental income and $10,000 in additional equity. | $4k | North Myrtle Beach, SC
Summer Cottage 1 | May 2015 | 3 br, 2 bath, kitchen, laundry room cottage complete custom painting on all walls and trim. The gable ends in living room removed popcorn ceiling finish with a custom color wall color adding white trim molding. One bedroom we had to change the color a few shades for the owner. With use of cell phones I am able to communicate with clients living out of state to get the wanted finish in the homes we remodel. The home is left completely cleaned and ready for rental income. | $5k | North Myrtle Beach, SC
Family Room Remodel | Apr 2015 | Basement family room stuck in the 1960s with old built-ins taking up major sq. footage and old paneled room. Gutted the room installing insulation and new drywall on exterior wall. Custom painted walls, ceiling, fireplace. Custom built bar with salt water tank installed. Used reclaimed, color stained pallet to hide exposed plumbing, HVAC venting and support post. Used the pallet wood as the wall backing behind the dart board. Added additional 75 sq. ft. to room by removing the built-in storage. New baseboards and crown molding installed. | $3k | Charleroi, PA
