They responded to my calls and came out all 4 times. My bathtub set had to be replaced 4 times. They took it upon themselves to put in a totally different tub than what I ordered the 1st time....and did not consult me first. I never got the correct tub that I originally requested. They nicked the tub and tried to cover it without telling me. The 2nd tub was not the correct replacement tub that they originally put in the first time. They had to take that one out. The 3rd tub they put in had scratches on it. They removed and put in a 4th tub. I thought it was fine. But when the outsourced to Professional came to put in the drywall and was checking everything out before he start, he stated they did not secure the tub walls so no water could get/leak behind the tub walls. On the right side of the tub wall it was slightly higher than the connecting wall and the screws from the tub wall to the wood posts had a 1/2" to 3/4" gap.
