Stay away! Nothing but problems since they replaced our furnace, from sensory switches to unknown causes (which we were charged $99.00 for the service tech to tap a switch but still could not identify the root cause). Coming home from work to a 57 degree home then calling for assistance and being told no one can arrive until 8:00 am without being given any options or flexibility for our work schedules is unacceptable! We never had problems like this with the original furnace and the performance of this replacement is unexplainable. What happened to customer service and satisfaction? I regret every recommending this company and certainly will never do it again. Adios!
