THIS COMPANY USED TO BE GREAT I had used this company for the past 3 years for mowing service as well as some snow removal, fall clean ups and sidewalk edging. This past year for mowing they really fell off. MULTIPLE emails and calls were made over missed areas of the yard as well as longer than normal amounts of time between mowing. Also i called in to make sure they came back out this year for snow removal and the lady said everything was good to go. First snow came and no one was to be found. I called and emailed 2 (maybe 3 times) and finally got a reply. I was then told they "cant fit me into the schedule anymore." When the company first started i was dealing with a guy named NICK ADAMS and he was great. Fast replies and great quality service. Now the service and response time is slow and very sub par quality results. Since I guess they will not do my snow removal this year i will also not be having them back for mowing or spring/fall clean ups. Its too bad.... had to see a good company grow in size and change from positive to negative in the process.
