All Around Repair LLC

I contacted All Around Repairs, late September 2017 to inquire about repairing my Sears Kenmore Dryer. Jason came out, checked out my dryer, quoted a price and set a date for the repair in two weeks. I paid him, in advance, and that was my first mistake. When he did not show up, nor did he call, we started calling him. Late October he finally called and said they had a personal problem that needed to resolve and promised to call back that evening with a repair date. Another two weeks went by and we continued to call Jason. Mid November Matthew called and said he could do the repair. At this point, all I wanted was my money back. This had been going on since September and I no longer believed nor wanted All Around Repair in my house, ever again. He agreed to issue a check minus a service call. We are now in December - remember all this started in September!!! I have not heard from them or received the promised check. My second mistake was ever calling this company in the first place. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business and I would not recommend them to anyone!
