Upgrades Unlimited / Brandon Barham

Brandon was hired to work on a rental for me and was paid in draws through out the job. When supplies were ordered those had to be paid upfront (but never delivered). For instance, I had paid Brandon to replace and install windows in a couple rooms that he said had to be special orders. The windows were never delivered and therefore not installed. Brandon's craftsmanship was not up to par. Much of the work had to be repaired and completed by an upstanding company. For the last draw he was paid a larger part of the remainder and he never came back to finish the job. He moves around from address to address where he can not be located for very long. Brandon estimated the job would take 3 weeks to complete. I had to keep calling and emailing him over and over to find out when he was showing up next. This continued for 9 mos until I finally gave up. I would discourage anyone from using Brandon Barham for any job that is more than a day and definitely never pay him in advance for any job or for any supplies to be ordered.

They quality of work was amazing! He has great work ethic and good prices. I am very pleased with my fencing and all the home improvement projects he completed for me. I highly recommend!
