They are unprofessional and unhelpful. Their customer service and communication is terrible. I don't know how they are in business. They say they say they will fix items after you close but then when you ask them to fix what they said they would they won't saying since you close and signed off you have to go to the warranty company that can take 90 days just to get to your issues. They lie, charge you the most and do thr least. I do not recommend this builder and I can't believe they are still in business. Military steer far away from them if you are out of state, I promise you will have multiple issues. We go to the BBB and plan on contacting a lawyer. They leave us no choice as we have reached out numerous times and received no help.

I am active duty military, my wife was six months pregnant, and we had been living in a hotel for three months waiting to close. We were supposed to close the day before Thanksgiving but the house was a mess and not ready to close. After sharing our concerns with the builder, the CEO showed up, and without introducing himself, threw a fit over our concerns, said he was going to sell the house to somebody else and then wished us a happy Thanksgiving as he stormed away. We didn't have anywhere to go the day before Thanksgiving. With my wife being six months pregnant we needed to close so we wouldn't be homeless. I chased down and talked to the CEO who "thanked" me for my service. I was guaranteed if we closed it would be at least cleaned, and everything would be touched up within 30 days during the 30 day post-close walk through. The house was not cleaned as promised and myself and my pregnant wife spent part of Thanksgiving in our brand new house on our hands and knees scrubbing paint off of the floors. As of now, they still haven't fixed everything they told me they would fix per the contract and the 30 day post-close walk through has been pushed to 90 days! Their warranty process is slow. Expect to be frustrated getting your 30 day post-close walk through and any warranty issues fixed. The worst part is, the lot is beautiful and the house layout/design is excellent, but they ruin it with SLOPPY finish work and they cheap out on the paint. This company is a clown act.

Eddie is one of the most honest and down to earth people that I know. You cannot go wrong with Executive Construction. I highly recommend them!

The project went smooth from signing the contract, to moving in. They kept to the schedule I was given, and addressed a few minor issues during construction. They quickly got my punch list items addressed (although there were very few.) Seven years later, I'm still very happy with my decision to choose them, as my house is holding up well.
