Foelsch, is a Certified Kitchen Designer, Certified Bath Designer, Certified Aging in Place Specialist and Certified Master Gardner. Design Services include Indoor Kitchen Design; Outdoor Kitchen Design & Kitchen Garden Planning; Bathroom & Universal Design; Office Design; Color Consultations; Space Planning & Furniture Selection; Custom Window Treatments; Custom Cabinetry Design; Entertainment Centers; Product Selection; and Lighting Design. Each project is addressed individually with the client and the architect's or the builder's involvement before the design process begins. The process then includes some or all of the following steps to achieve the finished results. Initial design study; client interview, design requirements, budget, etc.; space measurements; preliminary floor plan and elevations; product selection and specifications; final plans and contracts; plans out to bid and follow through; product delivery; construction observation and project management; consultations with third parties employed by the client; structural/engineering plans not included.
