Over the years, Colony Remodeling has remodeled every room in our home. Their quotes have been accurate and their work has been excellent. Projects undertaken include remodeling three tiled baths, adding hardwood floors to four rooms, building and installing a custom kitchen, two fireplace mantels and a wall of cherry bookcases and cabinets, They also customized closets, removed popcorn from ceilings and painted walls and woodwork. They are not inexpensive but their quotes are accurate and they’ll quote and implement change orders as the project progresses. Dave Clark has a good sense of design and of what is possible and he often suggested improvements to plans that reduced the cost and improved the appearance and function of our remodels. Our project always took longer than planned, partly due to change orders. Plan for extra time. It’s worth the wait.
