This is a very unprofessional experience. Scott after being late to the initial meeting sent me a couple quotes. The next day I called him to find out when the work would be done. He did not answer the call and his voicemail was full. Like everyone else I got busy and put it off,(foolishly expecting him to reach out to me). Two weeks later I call him back and luckily got thru. When I asked him when he might be able to replace the doors he said maybe possibly could be maybe not 3 weeks. Tongue n cheek I said awe too bad we didn’t connect two weeks ago. Then I said well, send the quote back over and I’ll submit it, what choice do I have. I then asked, “now when you say three weeks from now that’s the worst case scenario right?” He said umm ahh hmmm maybe if everything goes well. I told him it’s a bit concerning that there isn’t something to indicate when the work would be done. He then said that I was asking for something that he could not deliver and so I should just find someone else to do the job. I said,” so you don’t want to do this work because I voiced a concern. He went on like a child about not wanting to work with someone like me or whatever he was saying. Anyways, Big waste of time... thanks for nothing Scott... and by the way, what decade are you living in where your voicemail box is full?
