Red Dot Pest Control

Last fall we contacted Red Dot pest control to help with a mouse problem. They came and set bait stations outside. Wh contacted them this spring as we had acorns and mouse poop in almost every drawer in the house. They scheduled us for a follow up appointment. They sent us a email appointment reminder and called at 8 am to let us know they would be there. At 2:45 my wife called and they confirmed they would be there. They never showed. As a result we missed appointments we had with two vendors for planned home improvements. Today I received an invoice for April and May. Although she argued very rudely that she and her husband did it themselves. We knew this to be untrue. Bottom line we have decided to use another local company eager to serve Ottertail area.
