RAIN MAN LAWN SPRINKLER SVC

Stay away from this company. Not very organized. After two trips to my house, a lot of talk, speculation, criticism of the installation of the sprinkler system, and a HEFTY BILL - my sprinkler system still needed tweaking and repair. Charged me triple for the TORO pressure vacuum system and tried to charge me $20 for 5$ faucet valve. Due to rush, greed and inexperience, what would be simple job turned into a mission. Now that I think about it, the work they performed is usually included in the seasonal turn on - at least in my experience in the last 10 years. John (the owner) said they needed to come back again to investigate the pressure, etc. I paid them and was glad to see them go. At first I figured it would be good for them to come back and figure things out but after reflecting, I must have been crazy. LOL. I wasn't expecting the 2nd visit to be so chaotic, so I think I must have been caught off guard. Important: I just checked the BBB website. Rain Man has an "F" grade with the BBB due to lack of a valid competency license. This explains it all....
