Five stars just doesn’t do justice for David Frank Home Improvement. One hundred would be more like it! We wanted to build a beautiful deck at our shore home and met resistance from Brick,NJ building inspectors all the way. David Frank took on all of the stress involved and built us exactly what we wanted. His workers were very hard-working, knowledgeable, trustworthy and extremely NEAT! Excellent and reliable builders are extremely hard to find in the shore area. We lucked out with David Frank and would never hesitate to recommend him. He truly is “a rare find.”
