If you have the option to work with any other company please do as you will be saving yourself time and money. Communication is a large issue both within and to clients for this business. Called to schedule a person to come out to fix an issue on my house that they wired. I bought the house less than ago. Original person I called was extremely pleasant and said she thought it may be out of warranty but needed to call me back after she confirmed. An hour later she called to confirm I was still within my warranty period so we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 1:00. Tuesday came and went without anyone coming to assess the issue. I called and left 3 voicemails with no responses. A week later I called and someone finally answered. This woman was not pleasant. She proceeded to tell me that I was not covered under warranty and that they would not be fix their wiring issue. This new person did not care what her coworker researched and confirmed to the client.
