About Lake Wylie Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
Over 30 years ago, my Dad, Bill Warren, started Lake Wylie Heating and Air. He had one pickup truck and worked out of the garage of his Lake Wylie, South Carolina home. He built his company on the foundation of superior customer service. In 1998, my wife and I took over the business and moved to a new building. Today, our fleet of vans and technicians travel daily throughout North and South Carolina. We have expanded our products and services, but we still build on the solid foundation of our commitment to listening to our customers needs and delivering our services based upon these needs.

When my furnace broke down, I called Lake Wylie Heating and Air and they came out quickly and gave me pricing options to repair or replace the furnace. Since the furnace was 18 years old, we decided to replace it. They came the very next day and installed a brand new Carrier furnace. This company is very professional and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
