| 95% efficient furnace installation | Jan 2015 | When ever servicing or repairing a furnace, we always perform a combustion analysis to confirm that the furnace is working safe and efficient. After fixing this furnace, we did the test, and found out that the furnace was giving off high amounts of carbon monixide due to the furnace being underfired for years. This is dangerous, and the furnace breaking down turned out to be a blessing for the homeowners. We replaced the furnace with a brand new American Standard high efficiency furnace, made modifications to the sheetmetal, gas and flue piping, and got the heat going again for the people. We did another combustion analysis on the new furnace, and everything was perfect. | $5k | Colts Neck, NJ |
