On 6/11/19 I had Bob Ayling the owner of this company do an inspection on my house. On 7/8/19 I moved in and both toilets weren't working, my kitchen sink was leaking, my oven wasnt working, and the dryer flex hose was not up to code. I had a plummer come out to move the gas line to my dryer, and that's when he saw it. He told me that type of flex hose is not supposed to be used and that he didn't know how that in itself past inspection. That flex hose went into another room, up into the ceiling, to the back of my house to a vent. He had to cut a big hole in my ceiling to see just how far this flex hose went. When he did all this lint came out because there was already a hole in it. He showed me how much lint was in the flex hose which is a fire hazard plus we were exposed to carbon monoxide. He showed me other holes in the flex hose. He had to replace the whole thing. All these repairs have cost me a lot of $$ and I paid this guy good $$ to inspect my house. I wish I never used him because I have been having nothing but problems ever since I moved in.
