I've used Southeastern Tree Service for over a decade. SE Tree Service always quotes with safety of property and staff in mind and yet has always been able to price my work competitively. Such a great tree service. I had talked with3other services before someone told me about Southeastern. The others weren't even in comparison. Southeastern took in account that our yard had already been reseeded. Placed plywood down on grass so the heavy machinery wouldn't damage.the grass. The crew of men were very professional and finished the job in1 day. I was so uneasy before they started because the huge trees were so close to our home. But, the crew worked as a team and really did the best job. I was so pleased with how they cleaned everything up before they left. Pricing was very fair comparied to others I had spoken with. My neighbor hired them to remove some trees and bushes that rested on our shared property line, and they completed the work in just a few hours. However, they damaged my property in the meantime. A day after felling the largest tree in the group, a smaller tree which had been on my side of the property line for 9 years, cracked and fell, because it had several branches left in its top from the other tree, and its base was now damaged. This was a result of their negligence, but they refused to take responsibility for it. They also left trash in my yard, removed and broke several of my mulch bed stones, and blew away about 4 bags of my black rubber mulch. After trying to reach them for days, they finally responded to tell me that they would do nothing to remedy their mistake. They were only concerned that their customer was happy, and not the neighbors their work affects. I will never hire them, and tell everyone I know not to hire them either.
